MO221| Dynamics of Leading Organizations

Fall 2025

The course explores how to understand, analyze, and navigate the complexities of contemporary organizational life. Students are introduced to key principles and practices of human behavior—such as motivation and emotions—alongside essential aspects of organizational dynamics—such as project management and culture. The course develops students' capacity to assess, diagnose, and effectively navigate workplaces.

He was extremely supportive of everyone, including myself, during this class and he never hesitated to offer any help if I needed anything. He has definitely grew my confidence in applying those soft skills.

His teaching made me realize the profound impact a professor can have on how a course can be experienced. As an introverted student, I especially appreciated how comfortable he made the environment feel.

He took avid interest in planning each class with a new activity or guest speaker. He made the class feel light by understanding the mood of the room and making jokes. I was able to learn a great deal due to these factors.

The course examines how to lead and manage teams in organizations that are not financially oriented. The course equips students with the skills to design environments that sustain engagement, meaning, individual empowerment and effective collaboration.

MO825| Future of Work: Looking Back and Ahead, Fall 2023 (Prof. Michel Anteby)

The course explores the changing nature of work in contemporary organizations, from technological shifts to evolving labor markets and career trajectories. The course provides students with the skills to critically analyze emerging work environments, design informed projections for specific lines of work, and apply their insights to create jobs that meet the needs of individuals, organizations, and society.

The course explores ethical challenges in contemporary business. Students are introduced to key frameworks and strategies for evaluating the legal, moral, and ethical dimensions of decision-making. The course develops students' capacity to critically assess complex scenarios and navigate multifaceted decision-making responsibly and effectively.
